Returns and Refund Policy

Returns are not accepted for items. If items are damaged upon delivery, send an email to info@soothesmooth.org with a photo of the damage and a replacement of the item(s) would be delivered with free delivery, after reviewing of information.
Refunds would be given to those that cancel their orders before items are delivered or if an allergic reaction occurs due to products.

Shipping Policy
​
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and USPS standards. Customers will be responsible for the USPS shipping fee.
Items would be shipped 1-2 days after payment has been received for placed order(s) and orders should be delivered between 2-7 business days.
Local Delivery is an option for those that live within 30 miles of the office located in Memphis, TN that ranges from $6-$8. Local Delivery orders would be delivered between 1-2 business days Tuesday thru Saturday.
